Hi! I'm Alison Bulman!
Therapist/Author & Creator of
Lovitation®

Whatever your struggle right now, I'm here to help you take the first essential brave step toward liberating yourself:
speaking your truth.

You didn't land here broken.
It's actually a huge strength to ask for help. We just need something different to get different results.

It's how we move big things that won't budge.

Therapy builds this muscle, like a relational lab where you get to experiment with the power of being your most authentic self.

And I specialize in unique communication tools that make it much easier to get super honest with yourself and others.
You'll learn to connect with the internal compass you had all along.

As you build this intimacy with yourself, your life and relationships start to shine.

I offer a safe, judgement-free space for you to do this "polishing", to be seen, heard, and accepted for who you are so you get more of what you want.

You might be here because…

-
Your anxiety, depression, or self-doubt are interfering with your sense of ease or direction
-
You love your partner, but keep missing each other when it matters most
-
You’re single and tired of repeating the same emotional patterns in dating
-
You’re sober—or considering sobriety—and want a healthier lifestyle and relationships
-
You’re navigating a transition: marriage, divorce, career shifts, or identity changes
-
You want guidance around intimacy, sex, family dynamics, or communication that actually lands
Three Virtual Ways to Work With Me:

-
General Psychotherapy – Healing and growth in a safe, licensed setting for individuals and couples.
-
Addiction Counseling & Expert Talks – Specialized guidance for exploring substance use or sobriety grounded in clinical and personal experience in recovery.
-
